Admission

The admission procedure at St. Xavier's High School Kasia is friendly and transparent.

The management reserves the right to admit or retain a pupil in the school.
New pupils are admitted on payment of the admission fee. The admission fee is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
A candidate who joins fresh or from any other school has to produce a Birth Certificate such as the Municipal certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form. If the child's name is not mentioned on the Birth Certificate, the original Aadhar Card along with a photocopy is to be shown for name verification at the time of confirmation of the seat.
Original Report Card / Mark Sheet along with a photocopy.
For out of state candidates, Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Inspector of that State.
The school fees will be charged from the month of April irrespective of the month of admission.
Fees in full are payable for the whole year, even if a student does not attend the school for any term or part thereof. Students joining the school in the middle of the term shall pay full fees for the term.
Eligibility: Minimum age 3 years.
Registration is the first step for seeking admission in St. Xavier's High School Kasia.

Registration form will be available on all working days (Monday-Saturday) from the school's office.
Payment of the prescribed registration form can be done via cash at the school's office.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
St. Xavier's High School Kasia welcomes inquiries from eager and confident learners.
On account of seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an applicant through interaction & academic assessment.
Dates / suitable time for interaction & academic assessment will be given at the time of registration. For applicants of Nursery, only interaction will be held.

Admission to class Nursery will be through informal interaction with parents and child.
Date and timings for interaction will be intimated telephonically and will be displayed on the school notice board.
Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.
The list of selected children will be displayed on the school notice board. Parents shall also be informed telephonically.
On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time, failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.
